Despite delays and restrictions imposed due to the ongoing pandemic, the 7th Post Graduate Diploma in Diplomacy & World Affairs commenced on Friday 15th January at the BIDTI.
The inaugural lecture was delivered by Head of International Relations Department of the University of Colombo Dr. Maneesha Wanasinghe Pasqual. Dr. Pasqual has been involved with the programme since its inception.
